Reload Wraps Comprehensive Warranty

At Reload Wraps, we take pride in the quality of our work and materials. Our comprehensive 6-month warranty covers all defects related to materials and installation.

This includes:

Full replacement of any failed materials

Removal and reinstallation on affected panels

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper care, cleaning chemicals, accidents, road debris, or general wear and tear

Failures resulting from pre-existing damage to the vehicle or poor-quality paintwork

Failures that occur when the client chooses to wrap over existing emblems or badges

 “Compound areas” of the vehicle body that exceed the material’s wrapping limitations, such as deep recesses, sharp curves, or tight channelling (these will be clearly discussed and noted during consultation)

 Surfaces that require sanding, filler, or are unpainted, which go against manufacturer guidelines for vinyl application

Warranty Claims & Conditions

All claims must be submitted within the 6-month warranty period

Claims are subject to approval by an authorised Reload Wraps representative

In the case of an approved claim, Reload Wraps will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected wrap components

All repairs must be completed exclusively at Reload Wraps’ facility

Materials used in repairs will carry the same expiration date as the original installation, not the date of repair

Storage & Payment Policy

Vehicles not collected after completion may incur storage fees, in line with Motor Trade Association regulations

Interest fees may apply to overdue accounts at the discretion of Reload Wraps management

Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received in full

All wrap materials and products remain the property of Reload Wraps until full payment is made
